2. Warranty & Guarantee Policy

  • All new vehicles come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty.

  • Spare parts and accessories carry a warranty as per the manufacturer’s terms.

  • Warranty claims will be processed as per company and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines.

3. Refund & Return Policy (for Spare Parts & Accessories)

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with the original invoice.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Custom-ordered or electrical parts are non-returnable.

4. Payment Policy

  • We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.

  • Full payment must be made before vehicle or product delivery.

5. Privacy Policy

  • Customer data, including contact details, purchase history, and financial information, is kept confidential.

  • We do not share or sell customer information to third parties.

  • Data is used only for service reminders, offers, and official communication.

6. Customer Service & Complaint Policy

  • Customer queries and complaints are handled within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Feedback can be submitted through our website, helpline, or at the dealership.

  • Escalation support is available for unresolved issues.
